Hi, 

I’m an engineer and tech lead with a background in computational physics and more than 10 years of experience building scientific software, AI products, and engineering teams. I’ve worked across startups, scale-ups, and R&D environments, moving between hands-on engineering and leadership roles—from high-performance computing and quantum software to machine learning, AI agents, and product development. I particularly enjoy turning complex technical ideas into things that actually work in the real world, as well as building strong teams around them.

Outside of work, I’m usually finding some other way to keep myself busy. I enjoy playing tennis, building computers and generally tinkering with technology. I’m also a bit of a language enthusiast: Italian is my native language, and over the years I’ve learned English, French, Spanish and, more recently, Dutch—which is still very much a work in progress!
