My journey to the tech landscape in international environment didn't start in a massive global tech city; it started in Assam, a beautiful corner of Northeast India.

Coming from a region far removed from major corporate hubs, I had to figure out how to break boundaries, navigate foreign job markets, and find my footing in brand-new cultures entirely on my own. Because I’ve lived every single step of this climb—from a quiet corner of India to leading product strategy in cybersecurity, I know exactly what it takes to build a global career from scratch. And now, I’m here to help you do the same.

 

My Journey at a Glance

• Growing Up in Assam: Coming from Northeast India, a global corporate career wasn't a path that was simply laid out for me, I had to build it myself. That early environment instilled a deep sense of curiosity and resilience in me from day one.

• My Analytical Roots: It led me to pursue a Bachelor’s in Physics. It wasn’t a traditional tech path, but it gave me a data-driven framework and a love for complex problem-solving that I still use every single day.

• The Ultimate Hustle: I jumped into the software industry early, but I wanted to go deeper. For four years, I worked full-time as a software engineer on weekdays and studied for my Master’s in Software Engineering on weekends, finishing with an 8.95/10 CGPA and earning a multiple corporate performance awards along the way.

• The Big Leap to the Netherlands: In 2017, I packed my bags and moved to the Netherlands to pursue my MBA. Navigating a completely new country and culture was a massive challenge, but I pushed through and graduated with Distinction.

• Stepping into Product Management: With a mix of deep tech roots and business strategy, I found my true calling in Product Management. Since then, I’ve been driving product strategy in high-stakes tech companies.

• Building Community & Giving Back: Success doesn’t happen in a vacuum. Over the years, I’ve made it a priority to champion causes I care about, whether volunteering for UNICEF, mentoring with Women in Technology, or speaking at international tech conferences.

• My Network from Scratch: When I arrived in Holland, I didn't know a single soul in the local tech scene. Today, I’ve built a powerful, core professional network here from the ground up, and that’s exactly what I want to help you do.

 

Beyond the Tech: Why I Do This

To me, work isn’t just about building products; it’s about building people. I am a relentless hard worker who believes in absolute quality in everything I touch, but what truly drives me is giving back.

Throughout my journey, I was lucky enough to receive invaluable guidance from incredible mentors who helped me find my footing when I was new to this country. Today, I gain immense happiness from paying that forward. Being there to guide, support, and watch others unlock their potential and land their dream roles is genuinely what makes me happiest.

• The Hardcore Foodie & Traveler: I love exploring new cultures, and let’s be honest, mostly exploring their local food scenes and hunting down incredible flavors.

• The Creative Pause: I’ve tried my hand at photography and art over the years; though right now, those paintbrushes and cameras are taking a well-deserved pause while I focus all my energy on building this community.

• Staying Grounded: And of course, making time for long, grounding walks with my dog to clear my head and recharge.
